Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You can exchange bikini tops and clothing for a different size within 5 days of delivery.
  • Bikini set: Only the top is eligible for a size exchange within 5 days of delivery. Bikini bottoms are final sale due to hygiene reasons and cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. These costs vary depending on your location and will be charged based on actual shipping rates.

If your desired size is out of stock, we’ll offer alternative options of equal or higher value and you simply pay the price difference, if any

We’ll begin processing your exchange only after we’ve received and inspected the returned product to ensure it meets our conditions.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Bikini bottoms
  • One-piece swimsuits

All returned items must be in original, unworn condition with tags intact. Any product that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be exchanged.

Received a Faulty or Damaged Item?

Our pieces are carefully inspected before shipping, but if you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email us within 48 hours at customercare@lostapeclothing.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear images or video showing the damage/fault

Once verified, we’ll offer:

  • replacement, if the item is in stock 
  • Or a refund, if not

How to Request an Exchange or Return

1] Email us at customercare@lostapeclothing.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The size you’re looking for

2] Use the subject line: “RETURNS”

3] Once approved, we’ll send you the return shipping address.

4] The returned product must be received by us within 14 days of approval.

Shipping & Processing Info

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for exchange.
  • Please use a trackable shipping method — we are not liable for lost returns.
  • Allow 48 hours after we receive your return for processing and dispatch of your exchange. A new tracking number will be shared once shipped.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it is processed and shipped.
  • If cancelled in time, a 15% cancellation fee will apply to cover payment processing and restocking costs.
  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.
